The material can be fed manually or using any mechanical feeding device, while the cutting feed of the blade is fully automatic. The blade guides are equipped with special carbide plates and bearings, which significantly improve blade guidance, durability, straightness, cutting accuracy, and overall cutting quality. The rigid saw arm is made of profiled cast iron, ensuring high stability and vibration reduction during cutting. A control panel is mounted on the machine frame for easy operation. The drive from the electric motor to the blade drive wheel is transmitted through a worm gear transmission. The cutting blade is tensioned on two cast-iron wheels using a manual tensioning system and guided in adjustable rolling and sliding carbide guides.
