Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2007, Filling and Packaging Line for 50 ml Vials
Iiodpfx Aoxb Uptobmsf
1. Vial Loading
Machine: Rotary Table, SSS Conveying Technology, year of construction 2007
Empty or already filled and sealed 50 ml vials are manually placed onto a rotary table. From there, they are individually transferred onto the conveyor belt and continue down the line.
2. Labelling with Print and Camera Inspection
Machine: Pago System 520, year of construction 2007
Printing system: Domino 320i thermal transfer printer
Camera system: Cognex (integrated into Pago)
The vials are labelled with self-adhesive labels. During the labelling process, batch number, expiry date etc. are printed directly onto the label via thermal transfer (Domino). At the same time, a camera-based inspection (Cognex) checks the printed data. Inspection results are displayed on an integrated screen. The print and camera systems are fully integrated into the Pago labelling machine.
3. Change of Vial Orientation (vertical to horizontal)
Machine: FlexLink Conveyor XH, SSS Conveying Technology, year of construction 2016
Labelled vials are repositioned horizontally by a bottle turner to prepare them for insertion into the cartoner.
4. Cartoning with Leaflet Feeding
Machine: MK-120, Harro Höfliger, year of construction 2007
Pre-formed folding cartons are erected automatically in the cartoner. At the same time, a leaflet is folded and provided via a GUK folding machine. One 50 ml vial and one leaflet are automatically inserted into each folding carton. In the configuration shown here, the carton bottom is glued with hotmelt and the top is closed with a tuck-in flap. Optionally, it can be converted (using existing format parts) to double tuck-in flaps without gluing.
5. Serialization and Camera Inspection
Machine: Laetus PrintSpect TTS MV-70, year of construction 2015
After the cartoner, the folding cartons are printed with serial numbers and variable data (thermal transfer) and fully inspected by a Laetus camera system. This station was added in 2015. The Harro Höfliger MK-120 also features an integrated Wölke print system, which is not used here.
6. Tamper-Evident Labelling
Machine: Pago System, year of construction 2007
The serialized folding cartons are sealed on the flap sides with tamper-evident labels. To do this, the cartons are precisely aligned and guided via a side belt.
7. Case Packing
Machine: IMA CP18BA Case Packer, year of construction 2007
The finished individual packages are pneumatically pushed into shipping cartons (cases). The case packer seals the shipping cartons with hotmelt.
8. Final Labelling of Shipping Cartons
Machine: Laetus VL4 C2 ICMV Cabinet + Pago labeller, year of construction 2015
The finished shipping cartons are labelled using thermal transfer printing. No camera inspection takes place at this station. This unit is exclusively for labelling shipping cartons (no serialization or aggregation).
9. Check Weighing (optional)
A manual checkweigher is also available, but not included in the scope of supply and was only used for internal final checks.
System available from Jan. 2026. Further information to follow.
