The welding robot cell was used to a limited extent for training purposes for vocational school students and future operators of welding robots. In total, the system has approximately 100 operating hours. The system was purchased in November 2019 and put into operation in 2020. It has been idle for 3 years, which is why it is now being sold. Due to the low operating hours spread over the years, the system is still in very good condition, almost like new.
The Easy Arc was developed by OTC Daihen as an entry-level solution for welding automation. The highly precise welding robot and the already integrated welding table ensure efficient welding production. The compact design facilitates transportation. In addition, the low assembly effort enables a quick start of production.
The Easy Arc 01 consists of the following components:
- OTC welding robot, type FD-B6: 6-axis articulated arm robot with a load capacity of 6 kg, including robot controller, type FD-11, and touchscreen control panel
- OTC MIG/MAG welding system, type Welbee WB-P400: 400A inverter pulsed welding power source with integrated robot interface

- Siegmund welding table: 2000x1200mm and insertion height 950mm, load capacity 3,200kg, 28mm hole pattern with 100x100mm hole grid for accommodating appropriate clamping technology
- OTC safety system: Sturdy safety enclosure including dual-channel monitored material gate and "Robot Monitoring Unit (RMU)". The use of RMU ensures that compliance with the predefined working area of the robot according to Performance Level PLd is guaranteed.
The system is CE-compliant (as well as compliant with UVV / VDI / DIN) and can be connected to any standard 32A three-phase power outlet due to an integrated residual current circuit breaker (type B).
