Optimisation of the sealing process:
The M9Cb robotic sealing system revolutionises the sealing process by
injecting exactly the right amount of silicone, thereby preventing unwanted
streaks. It enables the glazing beads to be ‘nailed’ invisibly
and saves the time required to cover the nail heads. The
precision ensures high-quality, uniform sealing, which guarantees
optimal watertightness whilst maximising the clarity of the units.
With a feed speed of approx. 2 metres per minute,
it offers fast and efficient processing on both sides simultaneously
(on average 4 minutes per unit).
More space available:
No more lack of space in the workshop! The M9Cb operates vertically and
therefore takes up very little floor space. Leaning against a wall or partition,
it frees up the space previously occupied by horizontal sealing tables.
In addition, a strategically positioned conveyor belt can also serve as a vertical
glazing table, thereby optimising the layout of the work area
Automation of sealing:
To ensure a seamless seal, it is no longer necessary to
juggle the window unit or struggle with fitting seals.
The M9Cb automates this laborious process on both sides
Time savings:
Thanks to the M9Cb, the workflow is no longer one-dimensional. Whilst the
machine takes care of sealing the windows and doors, the operator can work on
other tasks, e.g. glazing, blocking, packaging...
