Then, a linear hydraulic system separates the advanced meat from the bones and pushes it through a perforated filter (standard 8 mm). This results in high-quality meat mass while maintaining low calcium content and minimal temperature increase during the process, which has a positive effect on the quality and functionality of the final product.
The AMR Inject Star system enables the recovery of up to approx. 35% of meat from red bones, with low wear on consumables and relatively low running costs.
