MORBIDELLI P200 Working area X-Y: 3,110 x 1,620 mm, workpiece height Z180 mm Edge banding made for you: The CNC machining center is equipped with a comprehensive selection of edge banding tools to meet any woodworking requirement. MAIN ADVANTAGES · High performance with the advanced H80C edge banding unit, 8,000 rpm drilling spindles. The most robust spindle technology on the market, offering over 1,000 maintenance-free operating hours. · Better equipped: Suction cups can be disabled and configured via the FLEX worktable to optimally adapt the machine to requirements. · Easier, more intuitive programming thanks to the integrated CAD-CAM module for edge banding technologies “MAESTRO EDGE”. · Easier operation: The lowered frame ensures the worktable is always accessible. The control cabinet and vacuum pump are integrated, and in the PRO SPACE configuration, no safety barriers are needed. Base structure: The base frame is a monolithic construction made from thick-walled steel, reinforced across the entire machine bed with welded square plates for exceptional rigidity. The bed’s shape, with a wide base, is the secret to lasting precision and stability. The load-bearing structure consists of a particularly robust, monolithic steel base, heavily ribbed and highly stiffened; the extra-wide support was specially designed to give the machine maximum stability, ensuring lasting precision regardless of operating conditions—with no need for floor anchoring. The base provides a large, solid support for the moving gantry: the working unit is thus equipped with a balanced, stable, and resilient support capable of handling the highest loads, ensuring top-quality performance and greater accuracy. The moving gantry is made from a robust single piece anchored to the base, sliding along top-quality prismatic guides with recirculating ball carriages. The working unit is attached and moves along the Y and Z axes on prismatic guides with recirculating ball carriages. Movement of the lower carriage (X-axis) and the working unit along the moving carriage (Y-axis) is enabled by rack-and-pinion transmission with helical teeth. This design results in greater tooth-on-tooth engagement, delivering higher acceleration and greater speed along the X and Y axes. The specially designed helical gearing ensures reduced wear on mechanical components and quieter operation. Tedpfozvhlkex Ahmsc The vertical Z-axis is driven by a ball screw, ensuring perfect balance with dynamic loads and smooth acceleration and deceleration. The main milling unit is directly coupled to the Z-axis carriage for maximum finishing quality.

STIMA automatic loading and unloading device for raw material and processed sheets for 2D laser machines Compat Server (compact tower) Manufacturer description: The Platino Fiber laser cutting machine is a result of the perfect balance of innovation and experience. This product combines state-of-the-art efficient and ecological fiber laser technology with the proven reliability and flexibility of the Platino platform. Todpfx Aszl D Exjhmsc The Platino Fiber can be used to cut a variety of materials. Fiber lasers are more effective than other laser sources at cutting highly reflective materials (e.g. aluminum alloys, copper, brass). The Platino Fiber cuts various thicknesses, up to 20 mm of mild steel, with efficiency and quality. The productivity increases are particularly noticeable with thin to medium-sized sheets. Compact servers: is a loading and unloading device for handling blanks and processed sheets. Compact Server consists of two storage units - one for blanks and one for processed sheets. All components of the Compact Server are located above the automatic pallet changer and therefore require no additional floor space. The advantages of these solutions are: reliability, compactness and easy management of loading/unloading operations. The newest product from SPR Italy is a highly sophisticated automation system that combines many innovative solutions that are subject to SPR patents. The system is capable of unmanned operation and provides storage, loading and unloading within the smallest footprint possible. The tower is built above the shuttle table and the loading and unloading is done with the elevator that can be installed on either side of the tower. Simple operation and state of the art PLC contribute to a friendly integration and provide real productivity gain. The system is so compact that it became the top selling automation product, with many hundred of them sold world wide in just few years since it was launched. Compact Tower CT 1530 is capable to store a maximum of 54 ton of raw sheets dim. 1500x3000mm stacked in18 locations, with 80mm each stack, and to load raw sheets onto the machine table and unload processed sheets thereafter. For this example we will use a 18 pallet tower such as we already installed in Melbourne this year. The scope of the work includes the software implementation, the tests of the units at SPR factory, shipment, documentation and supervision during installation, start-up and commissioning Concrete foundation to the engineering specifications, civil works, mains electrical supply, permits and the base plates must be supplied by Customer. Major components The Compact Tower is composed with following main units: - tower to store the stack of sheet - elevator to move the pallet on which the stack of sheet is laid - table with fixed pins where the operator load the stack of sheet - gripper with suction cups - light barriers - electric cabinet with control panel - set of safety fences General features: Sheet format max. 3.100×1.570mm Max weight 3.000Kg per stack Max height stack
