Year of construction: 2022, condition: like new (used), functionality: fully functional, A very rare opportunity to acquire a 3 year old 600 kgs per hour, complete hot wash recycling and cleaning line suitable for a range of rigid polymers to be size reduced and intensively cleaned. Machinery has very low hours of operation, and is only available as a result of re-organisation of the current operations. Materials are firstly delivered either by manual loading , or by an automatic pnematic box or cage lift/tilt system to a picking belt and metal detection tunnel. Materials then proceed via an inclined conveyor belt to a Hot washing granulator. Size reduced materials then drop onto a vibrating sieve ,to separate the majority of dirty water and any fines. Granulated materials transfer to an inclined Archimedes screw delivering materials to a horizontal high speed centrifugal cleaner. After this cleaning the materials enter a large diameter vertical drying centrifuge and all used water is then recirculated to heated tank to be reused. Finished materials then conveyed to a ZigZag air separator for final fines/dust removal before being blown to a cyclone over a double bagging tower. The fines separated at this stage are blown to a separate cyclone over a single bagging tower for fines and fibres etc removed by the ZigZag tower.
The entire line can be seen in operation in the UK and by special arrangement could be trialed with potential buyers materials.
Used water caould be recycled through the system, but this is dependent upon the type of contamination to be removed.
