Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2015, The Heuft Reflexx – high speed empty bottle and label inspector. Model Reflexx HBBRTIXX Spectrum TX controller Capacity to 50.000 bph. YOM 2015 EXCELLENT CONDITION It’s more than just a quick check. The HEUFT system diligently inspecting empty glass bottles for any defects before they move on to be filled is comprehensive quality assurance that brings immense value to the entire bottling process. Here’s why these HEUFT inspection solutions are so critical: 1. Full Coverage, Zero Blind Spots: The system doesn’t just glance at the bottle; it performs an all-surface, all-angle inspection of the base, sidewalls, finish, and threads. This level of detail is vital for spotting tiny defects the human eye can easily miss. 2. Advanced Detection Technologies: Utilizing a powerful combination of high-resolution cameras, smart AI image processing, and in some models, patented pulsed X-ray technology. This includes: - Glass Defects: Cracks, chips, inclusions, and finish damage. - Foreign Objects: Everything from foil and cigarette butts to insects, residual liquid (like caustic lye or oil), and, most dangerously, glass splinters hidden in the bottle base. 3. Low False Reject Rate: Thanks to intelligent image analysis (like HEUFT reflexx A.I.), they can distinguish between a critical defect and a harmless cosmetic blemish, meaning you don’t waste good, perfectly usable bottles. HEUFT SPECTRUM TX Controlling centrally: one platform for all requirements. Blodpfxjytrdto Ahmjn Precise, network-compatible and cross-system: the HEUFT SPECTRUM TX forms the basis for different technologies, modules and functions. The devices of the generation of the same name can be exactly adapted to individual requirements on site and retrofitted at any time due to this universal platform.

Condition: used, Year of construction: 1985, Overview These 5 insulated pressure tanks (100 hl each) manufactured by TMCI Padovan in 1985 originate from the wine industry and were previously used for sparkling wine production. Due to their pressure rating and full cooling jacket design, they are suitable for fermentation, maturation, and storage of carbonated products. The tanks are constructed from carbon steel with an internal food-grade epoxy coating, a technology widely used in the industry before stainless steel became standard. While not as common today as stainless steel vessels, these tanks offer a cost-effective alternative, particularly for producers with lower investment budgets. Each tank is fully insulated and equipped with a complete cooling jacket, enabling controlled temperature processes. It should be noted that the epoxy coating requires periodic renewal, depending on usage and product type.
