Condition: good (used), Year of construction: 1995, FINIX 500 is a finishing system flexo photopolymer plates up to 500 x 800 mm (about 19 "x 31"). This finishing unit has the exposure section with ultraviolet lamps and sliding tray is entirely made of stainless steel, which is produced after posteksponirovanie normal processing, including preliminary exposure, exposure, washing and drying, are usually performed FLEXO apparatus 3 or 5. When the normal process is completed, fleksoplastina usually dry to the touch, but sticky and you must give it rigidity posteksponirovaniem. FINIX 500 eliminates the tackiness while giving the plate rigidity and making it durable and resistant to abrasion and mechanical stress by exposing respective light sources. Exposure is carried out two types of lamps emitting ultraviolet radiation with different spectrum, each of which produces a certain effect on the wafer. Special germicidal lamps eliminate tackiness, and UV lamps complete posteksponirovanie plate, making it harder. The exposure time for each type of lamp can be set independently of each other, enabling the simultaneous or separate exhibition with different duration. Each type of light is controlled by its own control panel with digital display. FINIX also presented a model 120 plates measuring 35 "x 47" (900 x 1200 mm).
