Condition: new, Year of construction: 2025, For customers from: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. Equipment for straightening, longitudinal cutting, and shearing rolled metal is an integral attribute of companies working with sheet metal. The FORSTNER company, which has long-term experience in the production of rolled metal processing machines, currently offers the market not only conventional metal shearing machines, but also equipment that performs straightening, longitudinal cutting, and shearing functions. The shearing function is performed using disk or guillotine shears. Depending on your production goals and the tasks the equipment must perform, they can be divided into four groups: 1. shearing machines; 2. longitudinal cutting and shearing machines; 3. straightening and shearing machines; 4. straightening, longitudinal cutting, and shearing machines. The straightening and longitudinal cutting functions of certain models of longitudinal cutting machines can be automated, which allows you to quickly and conveniently change the parameters when starting to work with another material. Forstner EASY series equipment is a machine that cuts a sheet of metal of a set length with the help of a guillotine or circular shears. EASY CUT machines are equipped with circular shears that can cut steel up to 1.0 mm thick. If you need a machine that can cut thicker metal, then it is recommended to choose the EASY PRO model with a guillotine. The working width of the machines can be 1250 mm or 1500 mm. Forstner STRAIGHT. These machines, by pulling a set length of a sheet of metal, straighten it and cut it. Depending on the type of cross-cutting knife and the diameter of the straightening rollers, the thickness of the processed metal varies from 1 mm to 2 mm. STRAIGHT and POWERSTRAIGHT also differ in the adjustment of the straightening rollers: mechanical or automatic. Integrated automatic control saves time in the long term, because changing the operating parameters of the machine is enough to press one button. Automatic control is a great choice when working with many different materials. Itjdpfjwd E N Ejx Ag Asn The Forstner SLIT series is a reliable assistant when cutting rolled metal. The SLIT CUT and SLIT PRO models not only cut the metal, but also cut it lengthwise into strips of the selected width. As standard, these models are equipped with 5 longitudinal cutting knives (the maximum number of knives is 7). The main difference between the SLIT CUT and SLIT PRO models is the type of cutting knife - a circular shear or a guillotine. The Forstner COMPACT series is a device that pulls the required length of material, flattens it, cuts it into strips of the desired width and cuts sheets of a set length. The main difference between the models is the type of knife used for cutting: a circular shear or a guillotine. The flattening rollers and longitudinal cutting knives are mechanically adjusted. POWER COMPACT is a powerful equipment for flattening, longitudinal cutting and shearing rolled metal. These two models differ in working width and cross-cutting metal thickness. NuSLIT machine models are fully automated equipment. If you are looking for an automatically controlled machine that performs longitudinal cutting and cutting functions, you should choose the nuSLIT PRO or nuSLIT PROCUT models. The difference between these two models is the type of cutting knife: guillotine or segmented disc shears. NuSLIT STRAIGHT PRO and nuSLIT STRAIGHT PROCUT, in addition to the above functions, also smooth the metal sheet.

Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, Forstner COILFARM The COILFARM by FORSTNER is a new, innovative, and adaptable solution designed to meet the changing market demands for rapid, flexible availability of a wide variety of materials in different thicknesses and color variants. This is one of the main reasons why we have developed the COILFARM, specifically for metalworking companies in trade and industry. Key Advantages High Capacity: With a storage capacity of up to 75 coils, a wide range of different materials, thicknesses, and color variants can be accessed immediately and without delay. This allows for the effortless handling of large-scale, simultaneous projects. Fast Coil Changeover: Thanks to a sophisticated system, coil changes are performed quickly, easily, and safely. We've integrated a coil buffer station above the nuSLIT as well as a changeover buffer station behind the decoiler. This significantly reduces changeover times and greatly increases overall production efficiency. Simple Loading Process: The well-thought-out machine design makes the loading process of the COILFARM extremely simple. The mandrels can be easily attached to the coil, and loading via the setup station increases your productivity. Maximum Precision: The integrated zero-line alignment (fixed edge) ensures that materials are perfectly aligned every time. This minimizes errors and scrap. Uncompromising Quality: Products from the CIDAN Machinery Group are manufactured without compromise. Our guiding principle in developing the COILFARM was to bring form and function into perfect harmony. 3-Minute Changeover: Stop and rewind, move the coil to the transfer position behind the decoiler, pick up the next coil above the nuSLIT, feed it in first and then set it on the decoiler—and the production is back at full speed.
