Year of construction: 1987, condition: excellent (used), functionality: fully functional, 1987 Finzer ZUB 250 Multislide Punching & Forming Machine Used 1987 Finzer ZUB 250 multislide machine for sale. 250kN press unit, 6 forming slides, manual decoiler and 250mm feed. Very good condition. Manufacturer: Finzer Model: ZUB 250 Machine Type: Multislide Punching & Forming Machine Year: 1987 Condition: Very Good Machine Description The Finzer ZUB 250 is a heavy-duty mechanical multislide stamping, punching and forming machine designed for the high-volume production of complex components from strip and wire. This machine is equipped with a 250kN / 25-tonne press unit, a set of six forming slides and a manual decoiler, providing a versatile production system capable of combining punching, blanking, bending and forming operations within one production cycle. Multislide technology is particularly effective for components requiring several bends or forming operations from different directions. Compared with conventional single-slide power presses, the multiple independently arranged forming slides allow complex parts to be produced efficiently with reduced secondary operations. Main Specifications Manufacturer: Finzer Model: ZUB 250 Year: 1987 Machine Type: Multislide Punching & Forming Machine / Stamping & Bending Machine Press Capacity: Approx. 250kN / 25 tonnes Number of Forming Slides: 6 Maximum Feed Length: Approx. 250mm Maximum Strip Width: Approx. 60mm Maximum Wire Diameter: Approx. 3mm Forming Slide Capacity: Approx. 30kN per slide Forming Slide Stroke: Approx. 0–50mm Maximum Production Speed: Up to approx. 400 strokes/minute, depending on tooling, component and material Machine Weight: Approx. 4,000kg 250kN / 25 Ton Press Unit The machine incorporates an approximately: 250kN / 25-tonne press station The press operation can then be combined with movements from the surrounding forming slides to produce complex finished components in a continuous cycle. Six Forming Slides This Finzer is supplied with a complete set of six forming slides. The multiple-slide arrangement is one of the main advantages of the ZUB system, allowing tooling to approach the component from several directions during the same production cycle. Forming capacity per slide: 30kN Slide stroke: Adjustable up to approximately 50mm The slides can be tooled for sequential bending, forming and positioning operations. Kjdsz S T Inepfx Ahienc Manual Decoiler Included The machine is supplied with a manual decoiler for coil-fed production. Coil & Strip Feed Capability Comparable Finzer ZUB250 machines are specified with: Maximum Strip Width: Approx. 60mm Maximum Wire Diameter: Approx. 3mm Maximum Feed Length: Approx. 250mm Feed length is typically adjustable to suit the individual component and tooling setup. High-Speed Production Depending on component design and tooling, period ZUB250 specifications quote operating speeds of approximately: 25–400 strokes per minute This makes the Finzer particularly suitable for repetitive, high-volume manufacture where several conventional press and forming operations might otherwise be required. Mechanical Cam-Controlled Multislide System The Finzer ZUB series uses a mechanically controlled cam-driven forming system. Cam-controlled multislide machines are particularly effective for repeat production because the motions of the forming tools can be precisely coordinated with the press and material feed.
