At the same time, a flat tray or wrap-around blank is removed from the magazine and positioned below the grouping station. The servo-driven lowering station receives the product formation and blank and folds the blank tightly around the products. A servo-driven indexing chain then conveys the pre-folded pack through the gluing and compression stations. The finished pack is transferred to the downstream conveyor system via a gravity roller conveyor. Condition: used, Year of construction: 2001, Overview This Kisters Maschinenbau Wrap Around Packer 420/50, manufactured in 2001, is designed for high-speed secondary packaging of PET one-way bottles in beverage production lines. The machine was previously used for packaging PET bottles and achieves a rated output of up to 50,000 bottles per hour. The machine was taken out of operation because the one-way PET line and the can line now share a common packaging section. With 16,976 operating hours, the machine shows relatively moderate operating time for an industrial high-speed packaging machine of this age. Based on the listed formats, the machine is suitable for a wide range of multipack and carton packaging applications. It can process tray packs, wrap-around packs, cluster tray packs, and full carton / fully enclosed carton formats. The format range covers several bottle sizes including 0.33 l, 0.355 l, and 0.5 l, with pack configurations such as 2x12, 4x6, 3x8, 3x4, 4x5, and 6x4. This makes the machine a flexible packaging solution for breweries, soft drink producers, and beverage companies handling PET one-way bottle formats in medium to high-capacity production environments. Condition: like new (used), Automatic Wrap-Around Cartoning Machine CAMA – Stainless Steel Automatic wrap-around cartoning machine CAMA, designed for the automated secondary packaging of products in cardboard boxes, forming the box directly around the product group during a continuous end-of-line process. Manufactured by CAMA, the machine integrates product feeding and grouping operations, cardboard feeding, box forming, folding, and closing, providing an automated solution for high-production industrial lines. The wrap-around system allows the packaging to be formed from a die-cut cardboard blank, wrapping the previously grouped product and creating a box ready for palletizing, storage, and distribution. MAIN FEATURES -Manufacturer: CAMA -Type: Automatic Wrap-Around Cartoning Machine -Application: Secondary packaging -Wrap-Around box forming system -Automatic product feeding -Product grouping and positioning -Automatic cardboard feeding -Box forming around the product -Automatic flap folding -Automatic box sealing system -Continuous industrial operation -Integrated conveying system -Control panel / HMI -Robust industrial construction Fgedpfx Afezbid Hjuoh -Perimeter enclosure with safety guards -Integrable into automated end-of-line systems PROCESS Products from the production line automatically enter the CAMA cartoning machine, where they are organized and grouped according to the configured packaging format. Simultaneously, the machine takes a die-cut cardboard blank and positions it in the forming area. The grouped product is placed on the cardboard, and through various mechanisms, it is folded around the product group. Subsequently, the flaps are closed to create a fully formed wrap-around box with the product inside. It can be integrated with: Filling and closing machines Labeling machines Conveyors Inspection systems Product grouping machines Automatic palletizers Pallet wrapping machines Complete end-of-line systems APPLICATIONS Particularly suitable for the food industry, canning companies, beverage manufacturers, and other packaging plants that require the automation of secondary packaging. Depending on the format and installed configuration, it can work with cans, jars, bottles, trays, packs, and other packaged products, grouping them in different configurations within cardboard boxes. CAMA's wrap-around technology provides a compact and automated solution for grouping, forming, and cartoning operations within high-production industrial lines. Machine available for inspection. Additional technical information, dimensions, additional photographs, or videos can be provided upon request.
