Marel’s TargetBatcher has long been known for its accuracy and weighting for fixed-weight packaging. With 7 high accuracy static scales, with 14 buffer containers, TargetBatcher selects the best product combination in just a fraction of a second, making it much easier for processors to process multiple small product batches where a quick change from one product to another is crucial.
TargetBatcher is present in plants around the world and is used for a variety of products e.g. mackerel, haddock fillets, tuna steaks, tiger prawns in shell, hake slices, squid, cuttlefish and other products. This compact, compact weight is available in two variants: fresh and frozen products and specially glazed products.
TargetBatcher is an easy way to reduce raw material loss, mainly by combining the pre-determination of the number of frozen or fresh products that should be in a package of a certain weight. Optionally, you can use Marela software that tracks machine operation in real time.
