Transverse fracturing and feathered edges of french fry pieces are minimized and longer cuts are produced with greatly reduced scrap. Condition: like new (used), Abco cooking equipment. Fully refurbished in 24 with £150k spent, including brand new electrics, motors etc. The unit goes from pre cook to cook.
