Magnetic Conveyor Belt

NSM MAGNETTECHNIK

Year of construction: 2006, condition: excellent (used), Transport and automation system for motor housings with control system Technical parameters of motor housing Inner diameter: 66 mm, 70 mm, 74.2 mm Wall thickness: 2 mm Length: 87.8 mm – 135 mm Material: Steel, painted Technical parameters of grinding machine - Two-belt grinding machine, type M2-120, manufacturer Weber - Includes continuous prism conveyor with adjustable speed via frequency converter System output: max. 52 pieces per minute Tsdjzww Ecspfx Ahmoc Functional description: The motor housings are manually removed from the grid box by one person and placed on a buffer table in a defined position. A row pusher moves the foremost row onto a permanent magnetic articulated belt conveyor. The motor housings are automatically transported and transferred to a permanent magnetic combination conveyor. After a 90° deflection, the housings are buffered in a roller track. One housing is released at a time and fed to a prism conveyor. The combination conveyor is axially adjustable, so that a centric feed to the prisms is ensured depending on the housing length. After the grinding process, the motor housings are transferred to another permanent magnetic combination conveyor. After a 90° deflection, the housings are brought into a stationary position and guided onto a permanent magnetic articulated belt conveyor. With stamping number control system Syscona For secure and reliable detection of stamping numbers in metal tubes. Detection station with high-resolution CCD black and white camera with scan sensor. With control system Syscona For detection of bumps in tubes according to a pattern. HighVision HV video camera system Defective motor housings are identified and transmitted accordingly to the rejection device. A swivel cylinder directs the housings onto a parallel articulated belt conveyor, which transfers them to a buffer table. DISMANTLING by customer!
