It has been completely overhauled by the Ott factory. 6 hydraulic pressure cylinders ensure extremely even pressure distribution over the entire surface, which is particularly important for demanding veneer work to prevent bonding errors. The use of 6 cylinders (instead of the often standard 4 cylinders for this length) minimizes the deflection of the press plates. This also allows for the pressing of smaller workpieces with high specific pressure without the plates warping.
