The work piece, while passing through the tunnel is washed by pressurized and heated water + chemical mixture. All oil, chip and other industrial contaminations are removed from the surface of work piece during this washing process. As soon as the buffer zone is filled with returning washed goods, the machine and the conveyor belt stop automatically.
