IDEAL FOR PRE-SPLITTING LOGS FOR THE SHREDDER
Our extremely robust splitting tongs, the Gigant SPZ 850, have been designed for splitting long, problematic logs up to 5 meters in length. With an opening width of 850 mm, these splitting tongs, made in proven PERZL quality, are particularly well suited for pre-splitting larger diameters for the shredder. The Gigant SPZ 850 splitting tongs were specifically developed for mounting on an excavator, crane, or tractor. HARDOX steel guarantees durability and robustness. An elaborate bearing with sintered metal bushings and grease nipples ensures perfect movement and wear-free operation. As standard, the splitting tongs are equipped with a double-acting hydraulic connection and a mounting plate for a 6-hole rotor.
