The strawberry and radish decrowning machine Mod. DF12 is highly suitable for decrowning strawberries. It can also be expanded with knives so that the strawberry or radish can be cut into two or four pieces. The machine has been specially developed for the delicate strawberry. All parts of the machine that come into contact with the strawberries are food-safe. The machine has a stainless steel construction and is equipped with two conveyor belts with cups in which the strawberries are placed and transported to the processing stations. The machine performs three steps: aligning the strawberries, decrowning the strawberries, and cutting the strawberries into pieces (the cutting function is currently not installed on the machine).
