Description
The PROFESSIONAL series roll chipper, model RPE-120, is a mobile unit powered by an 11 kW induction motor. The new frame made of metal profiles offers a wide range of customization and modification options to meet individual needs. The extendable, elongated metal profile infeed hopper is now stiffer and provides improved stability. For safety, the wood chipper is equipped with a safety switch that is activated by a lever.
The RPE-120 can shred branches and wood waste with a diameter of up to 10 cm. The shredded material is ideally suited as an efficient fuel for all types of heating stoves.
The cutting mechanism is manufactured using CNC machines, which ensures precise execution and high quality, accuracy, and uniform operation. This contributes to the durability of the machine and its components. The torque limiter on the cutting mechanism allows for adjustment of the knives and protects against damage due to overload.
This model can be ordered with a chassis for manual transport, and an off-road version is also available. In addition, the wood chipper can be equipped with a 1.6 m long conveyor belt or a 2.3 m long extendable conveyor belt. This can be used to the right or rear while the machine is in operation.
