Description
The RP-150 PROFESSIONAL wood chipper for tractors comes from Remet CNC Technology and is designed to process wood waste with a diameter of up to 13 cm. The frame is made of robust metal profiles with a large support distance, and the fold-out extended feed hopper is extremely rigid and reinforced with a rib, which increases stability and durability. A safety switch on the feed hopper, which is connected to the tractor's emergency module, ensures maximum safety.
The cutting mechanism of the wood chipper is precisely manufactured on CNC machines. This guarantees high quality and accuracy as well as a smooth transmission, which in turn supports the longevity of the machine and its components. The slip clutch on the cutting mechanism allows the blades to be adjusted and protects against damage from overload.
To improve performance and comfort, the wood chipper can be combined with additional equipment such as a flywheel or a drive wheel, as well as a conveyor belt with cleats. The conveyor belt can be used to discharge material to the right or to the rear.
The chipper is driven via the tractor's power take-off in a clockwise direction. It is recommended to use drive shafts with shear pins to disconnect the drive in the event of an overload.
The processed wood serves as an efficient and environmentally friendly fuel and can be burned in all types of heating stoves. The blades of the cutting unit are made of wear-resistant steel, which ensures long and efficient operation of the machine.
