The solid construction, precise drive system, automatic cleaning, blades heating and adjustable cutting head speed give almost unlimited possibilities to adapt the device to the selected product. With the help of a PLC, the touchscreen allows easy setting of the parameters of the cut part (s) and the built-in microprocessor allows to store up to 20 cutting programs in memory. The cover of the machine is made of stainless steel. The 9L air tank is built into the machine at the front part. The double blades of the knives are made of food grade stainless steel and have a precise drive system and an automatic system for cleaning and heating the blades and an adjustable cutting speed allow the machine to cut various cakes and pies to an effective height 80 mm.
