Specifically, this is a TECHNE 4000 T660 manufactured in 2000, which is preserved in an OPTIMAL state of cleanliness and order. Reflecting its meticulous maintenance history, the machine was cleaned daily in the lower section, and completely blown and cleaned once a week, starting from the extruder down to the bottom.In December 2023, the system received a brand-new retrofit consisting of a latest-generation Gefran PLC equipped with a color touch screen, fully customizable functions, and complete machine control via HMI. This upgrade also features a Gefran GFC modem for remote assistance.The machine operates with a 4+4 cavity double head configuration with a 150 mm cavity spacing, handling bottle formats up to 2 liters and producing up to 2700 bottles per hour (bph). This design optimizes production with a symmetrical and highly efficient layout. Furthermore, the system is equipped with proportional hydraulics for movements utilizing Rexroth hydraulics, along with independent control of 8 parisons. It features 8 parisons with independent profiles managed by Moog servovalves, offering precise parison control up to 400 points.The production line comes exceptionally well-equipped with peripheral machinery, including a complete plastic loader kit with a Moretto mixer, a Tria granulator (2022), and a Villani double leak tester (comprising 2 independent leak testers). Additionally, an extensive complete replacement kit is included. In particular, this Blow Molding Machine accommodates containers up to 2 liters, giving you significant flexibility in producing various types of packaging. The system supports both straight or inclined blowing (up to 30 degrees), adapting easily to different container geometries.The extrusion system features a 100 mm / 25 L/D extruder equipped with a vertical filter.
