Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The main area of application is the production of keyways from 3–28 mm (and beyond), as well as profiles of similar dimensions. Due to its compact and space-saving design, the machine can be successfully used in small, medium, and large workshops. Its attractive price also makes it suitable for small batch production and one-off jobs.

Drive is via a pole-changing geared brake motor. The maintenance-free double-spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pulling point, and constant cutting force. The open worktable design allows even large workpieces to be positioned without obstruction. In most cases, workpieces do not have to be clamped. Stroke adjustment is via adjustable limit switches with stroke limit. Short hubs and small workpieces can be processed by stacking several workpieces at once.
