The range of applications mainly includes the production of keyway grooves from 3-28 mm (and even larger) and profiles with similar dimensions. The compact machine, which takes up little space, can therefore be used successfully in small, medium and large companies. The low price justifies the purchase even for small series and individual production.
The drive is via a pole-changeable gearbox brake motor. The maintenance-free twin-spindle drive ensures smooth operation and a central pulling point, as well as constant cutting performance. The free tool table allows large workpieces to be placed without hindrance. In most cases, the workpieces to be broached do not need to be rigidly clamped. The stroke adjustment is carried out by adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, several workpieces can be placed on top of each other.
