For sale: a complete, automated line for finger-jointing wooden elements, based on the 2014 WEINIG GRECON HS 120 tenoning machine.
The line is designed for industrial-scale production of lengthwise-glued components – slats, scantlings, and wood elements requiring high strength and repeatability of joints.
The system is engineered for continuous operation with minimal operator intervention, ensuring process stability and high production efficiency.
The line comprises:
• WEINIG GRECON HS 120 tenoning machine (2014) equipped with:
– Brush feeder for wooden elements,
– Two throughfeed moulders,
– Automatic glue applicator,
– Pre-pressing station for finger-jointed elements,
– Press with a pressing length of 6.5 m.
• Automatic loading of the tenoning machine via an ABB IRB 6640 4-axis robot for handling wooden pieces up to 600 mm in length.
The robotic station (year of manufacture: 2021) is equipped with two pallet cells, enabling continuous, alternating operation of the entire GRECON HS 120 line without downtime.
• Automatic glue supply system – glue drawn from an IBC container (1,000 liters) with integrated automatic agitator, ensuring consistent glue application quality and uninterrupted operation.
• FAMAD DBNA-40T DUO scissor lift installed at the tenoning machine press, for collecting slats after the jointing process. Automatic height adjustment. Table dimensions: 6.0 m × 1.3 m.
• Roller conveyor system with turntables, enabling transfer of scantlings to the robot loading cell and to the tenoning machine.
• Roller storage buffer for outfed slats after tenoning – storage positions with a total length of 82 linear meters.
The offered machine is part of a fully integrated, industrial line for manufacturing panels with finger-jointing technology. Additional machines or complete production lines can be purchased upon request.
