The Oddy Novatek 2 Pocket Roll Plant with Pinner is used to automatically divide, round, shape, and mould raw bread dough into uniform rolls and buns at high speeds. It replaces the labor-intensive process of scaling and shaping dough by hand, making it a staple machine for small-to-medium commercial bakeries, wholesale bakers, and supermarket in-store bakeries.

1. Primary Functions: Dividing: It automatically cuts a bulk mass of dough into precise, equal weights without tearing the dough structure.
Rounding: It rolls the divided dough portions into tight, consistent round dough balls (baps, dinner rolls). Pinning & Moulding: The integrated "pinner" section flattens and rolls the round dough pieces into elongated shapes (finger rolls, hot dog buns).

2. Specific Bakery Products It Creates: By changing the internal moulding drums or adjusting the pinner belts, bakeries use this machine to produce: Round items: Hamburger buns, traditional baps, dinner rolls, and slider buns. Elongated items: Hot dog rolls, finger rolls, bridge rolls, submarine rolls, and miniature baguettes/batards up to 230mm long.

Extended Length with Integral Pinner: When configured with the long-bed outfeed pinner/moulder belt assembly, the total inline workspace length requires approximately 3.2 m to 3.8 m to clear the outfeed table.
Operating Height: Roughly 1.6 m to 1.8 m to the top rim of the bulk dough feed hopper to facilitate ergonomic manual or conveyor loading.

Total Net Weight: Approximately 950 kg to 1,200 kg depending on the configuration of heavy-duty plunger blocks, internal moulding drums, and chassis reinforcement. Operational & Production Capabilities.
