The Bio-Circle workbench washer, a compact washing table, uses an electrically operated pump to deliver the cleaning fluid to a 3-way valve. Depending on the position of the 3-way valve, the cleaner can be directed via the hose with washing brush, including storage tray for the work area with articulated hose, or both into the table.
Operated with Bio Circle L Liquid, the tank in the parts washer biologically breaks down contaminated cleaning fluids, e.g., after removing oil/grease, by means of microorganisms as per the Bio-Chem Surface Technology operating instructions.
The used units, and/or brushes to be cleaned for natural biological parts cleaning, are equipped with integrated heating, pump, aeration, filter, and have been regularly maintained.
A magnet in the drain strainer retains steel particles.
The parts washer system is fully functional and in good condition.
