With the AQUA NON STOP COMFORT, knives from almost all manufacturers can be sharpened. The tool-free conversion to sharpen different knife types with a minimal setup time of less than one minute is a particular feature of this fully automatic machine. The knives can be placed precisely in the designated knife holder. Incorrect insertion of the knives is virtually impossible. The templates enable an exact sharpening of the grinding stone along the knife contour. This ensures that the original contour of the knife is maintained and the service life is increased. Optimal cutting quality is the result.

Simple operation.
Important settings can be made intuitively on the ergonomically arranged control terminal. The machine is switched on and off here, and the number of sharpening cycles is preselected. The sharpening pressure can be adjusted to the conditions by means of a rotary knob and displayed on a pressure gauge. Furthermore, diagnostic functions are also available here for the service technician.
