The function of this air separation table is based on a combination of vibration and air technology. Heavy components are conveyed upwards by vibration, while lighter components are kept suspended by injected air and consequently float downwards. The application areas include recycling and secondary raw material processing, as well as the wood industry, the food industry, and mining. Standard version: consists of a basic unit with a perforated plate insert driven by two eccentric motors and a fan with motor. Nominal width: 650 mm Capacity: up to 3 tons/hour in recycling – however, highly dependent on the density and size of the material being processed.
