Teco T3 automatic box and tray erecting machine, manufactured in 2016, for automatically forming and hotmelt gluing cardboard boxes and trays. The machine was previously used to produce bell pepper boxes.
Equipped with a Robatech Concept A 12/6 hotmelt adhesive melter and a BiT Hotmelt Technology AutoFill system for automatic adhesive supply. The machine is controlled by an Omron PLC and has 2 additional sensors at the rear for extra glue heads.
The machine has produced approximately 2,350,000 boxes in total.
