Garanția de participare la licitație va fi dedusă din prețul bunurilor pentru care participantul a fost declarat adjudecatar și va fi restituită persoanelor care nu au fost declarate adjudecatari. La preț egal, va fi declarat adjudecatar persoana care se va angaja să achite întregul preț în termenul cel mai scurt.
