TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
1. Bundle loader magazine
The tube bundle is loaded by crane or forklift into the magazine. The system automatically singulates the tubes and feeds them into the roller infeed, allowing continuous production from stock tubes up to 8,000 mm.
2. Cutting | RSA RASACUT SC 3000
Automatic sawing unit with servo-controlled saw feed and electronically controlled length stop. Tubes are clamped and cut to the programmed fixed length, with programmable cutting parameters for repeatable cutting results.
3. Deburring | RSA RASAPLAN XY 3000
Automatic end deburring system using high-performance brushes on both sides. Each tube rotates 360° during brushing, enabling simultaneous inside and outside deburring of both end faces. Automatic adjustment is performed from the central control.
4. Measuring | RSA RASACHECK 3000 A
Integrated length measuring station providing 100% control of finished parts. Workpieces outside the programmed tolerance limits are automatically rejected, ensuring only compliant parts proceed to the next stages.
