Please request separately. All broaching tools and tool holders from other manufacturers can be used with our broaching machine! Complete manufacturing and assembly at our factory in Germany. Furthermore, we also offer spare parts for Wolff and VADARI SRM broaching machines (spindles, spindle nuts, motors, gears, and all other required components - including electrical parts). Vertical broaching machine Type SRM 2027 - NEW MACHINE: 60 KN version: The range of applications mainly includes the production of keyway grooves from 3-28 mm (but also larger) and profiles of similar dimensions. The compact and space-saving machine can therefore be used successfully in small, medium and large companies. The low price justifies the purchase even for small series and individual production. The drive is via a pole-reversible geared brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation and a central pull point, as well as constant cutting performance. The free tool table allows even large workpieces to be placed without hindrance. In most cases, the workpieces to be broached do not need to be firmly clamped. The stroke adjustment is carried out by adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. With short hubs/workpieces, several workpieces can be placed on top of each other. Broaching pins, mandrels and spare parts on request. Technical data: Pulling force: 60 KN at 3m/min, 40 KN at 6m/min. Broaching speed: 3m/min + 6m/min. The machine is mechanically driven by a trapezoidal threaded spindle and a geared motor. In contrast to most mechanically driven broaching machines in which the trapezoidal spindle forms the drive and guide element, this machine has additional guide columns. The machine is therefore additionally column-guided and very stable. The double spindle drive is ideal for a continuously constant cutting speed, even with higher tensile forces. The machine is in our warehouse and can be inspected under power.

The machines are dismantled and stored in our warehouse. The total volume of the plant is several trucks (approx. 70to per machine). The machines have produced connecting rods for passenger car diesel engines. Chain broaching machines are designed for mass production. The continuous (backstroke-free) working process in chain broaching is designed for maximum achievable productivity in external broaching. The chain broaching process is the only broaching process without a backstroke of the tools or workpieces. In chain broaching, the workpiece is continuously moved past the tool and thus performs the feed movement. and thus carries out the feed motion. This unique broaching process is only used for very large quantities in series production.

The machine is primarily designed for the production of keyways up to 20mm. (From 16mm keyway tool width only with stepped tool shanks) The design of the machine allows for fast and easy setup for broaching with flat broaching tools for keyways. Thanks to the universally constructed drawbridge and machine table, broaching with both profile and flat broaching tools is possible. Profile broaching can be performed without the use of additional pull heads, by using simple centering bushings. Suitable broaching tools and arbors for the machine are available on request.
