The universal testing machine of the H3000TM-H5000TM series is a single-spindle machine, a robust construction made of aluminum and V2a with
ball screws, ball bushing guides and toothed belt drive.
The bellows cover protects the spindle and guides.
The testing machine is microprocessor controlled and has a membrane keypad. The 2-line LCD display shows the force and travel. The testing machine can be used as standalone or with a PC via USB interface.
The displacement is measured by means of an encoder 0.01 mm visible resolution on LCD
(internal 0.0001mm). The machine is manufactured with a standard load cell: 0.03% linearity and the corresponding calibration.
Optionally it is possible to add a second channel for a second load cell or a displacement transducer.
The universal testing machine is manufactured with two different travels, 500mm or 1200mm (without load cell and testing tool).
