Due to the arrangement of the lamella plates in the lamella separator, the dirty water is diverted below the lamellae and flows upwards through the lamellae. Thus, the solids sink to the bottom of the lamellas. The purified water is transported to the outlet. The solids on the lamellas gradually slide down along the lamella plates. This is where the sludge funnel is located. Scraper: Optionally, we offer the lamella separator with a scraper, which keeps the sludge flowable.
