The RB-600 AH 4 wire mesh belt shot blasting machine from ABRAZIV Kft. is designed for the economical and continuous surface treatment of small to medium-sized workpieces.
The machine is suitable for descaling, derusting, cleaning, and surface preparation of aluminum and steel castings, forgings, and workpieces that cannot be shot blasted in bulk.

The RB-600 AH 4 is equipped with four ABR-380 shot blasting turbines. Two turbines are located above and two below the wire mesh conveyor belt. This arrangement ensures optimal coverage of the cross-section and a uniform blasting result.
The turbines operate at an angle of approximately 70° to the direction of travel and have eight blasting blades and a pre-accelerator.
The active blasting area is lined with highly wear-resistant manganese steel. Other internal areas are protected by wear-resistant, noise-reducing rubber. The wire mesh belt is made of highly wear-resistant spring steel.
A closed blasting media circuit with a screw conveyor, bucket elevator, blasting media cleaning system, and dosing system ensures reliable operation. Three-layer rubber curtains reduce blasting media leakage.
