We are offering a complete GEA Sour Cream Thermization Line originally designed for the
thermal treatment of sour cream and fermented cream products.
The line was installed in 2013 and remains installed and connected on site. It is available for
inspection and can be offered complete with associated process equipment, automation,
and technical documentation.
The system was supplied as a complete GEA process line and includes a buffer tank,
thermization skid, hot water circuit, CIP dosing system, pumps, valves, instrumentation, and
fully automated process control.
