The temperature control unit works by thermally conditioning the heat transfer fluid Syltherm XLT within a closed-loop circuit. For cooling, liquid nitrogen (LIN) is used as the cryogenic medium to lower the fluid's temperature. For heating, an integrated electric resistance heater raises the fluid temperature to a maximum of +70°C. The conditioned fluid is then circulated from the unit to the external application to enable precise process temperature control.
The system is fully automated, ensuring precise and reliable process control with minimal manual intervention. Original paper documentation is included.
