The system consists of filtration system with automatic cleaning, ventilation and electrical control panel. Long lasting 100% polyester cartridge filters are used for high efficiency. WORKING PRINCIPLE Air flow generated by the extraction fan carries overspray powder coating particles to the filter unit and collects them at the outer surface of the filters. Filters are cleaned by pulse valve operated pull-reverse system during the operation. Powder coatings accumulated by this way at the ground of powder booth are collected manually in the drawer and can be reused after sieving.
