Motor and Hydraulic System The machine is equipped with a powerful electric motor coupled to a high-pressure hydraulic pump group. The electric motor continuously drives the hydraulic pump, providing pressurised oil flow throughout the entire system. This pressurised oil feeds the clamping cylinder, the injection pistons of both units, and the ejector system. The thick red hydraulic hoses visible behind Unit B carry this high-pressure oil flow — both units are supplied via independent hydraulic circuits, allowing Unit A and Unit B to operate simultaneously without influencing each other. The two materials bond at a molecular level inside the mould, cooling is completed and the ejectors push out the finished 2K part as a single piece.
