Condition: like new (used), MANZINI Thermo-Physical Vacuum Peeler with Feeder – Capacity 32 t/h MANZINI thermo-physical vacuum peeler with a feeder, designed for the continuous industrial peeling of large volumes of fruits and vegetables through thermal treatment and subsequent vacuum action. The system is designed for high-capacity lines and allows for thermal conditioning of the product surface to facilitate skin removal. The subsequent application of vacuum causes a rapid pressure change that promotes the separation of the skin from the pulp. With an indicated capacity of up to 32 tons/hour, it is a high-performance solution for large tomato processing plants and other vegetable products compatible with this process. MAIN FEATURES - Manufacturer: MANZINI - Type: Thermo-physical peeler / vacuum peeler - Indicated capacity: 32 t/h - Industrial system for continuous peeling - Thermal treatment of the product - Subsequent application of vacuum - Feeder included Bedpfeznaf Hsx Ahmewu - Automatic product transport - Treatment chamber / section - Vacuum generation and control system - Process pipes and valves - Large-format industrial structure - Access and maintenance platforms - Construction mainly in stainless steel - Designed for high-capacity processing lines - Integrable with subsequent skin separation systems PROCESS The product is transported via the feeder to the treatment section, where it is subjected to the necessary thermal conditions to act on the surface layers. Next, the product passes through a decompression / vacuum stage, generating a rapid pressure change that helps to detach the skin from the pulp. After the thermo-physical treatment, the product can be transferred to subsequent equipment designed to remove the detached skins and continue with the following stages of the process. It can be integrated with: Reception and washing systems Elevators and conveyors Skin separators Inspection tables Crushers Screening and refining machines Preheaters Evaporators Aseptic sterilizers Complete processing lines APPLICATIONS Especially suitable for large tomato, fruit, and vegetable processing plants that require automated peeling with a high production capacity. The thermo-physical vacuum peeling technology is particularly interesting when an efficient skin separation and a fully automated processing line are desired. The combination of MANZINI technology, feeder, and indicated capacity of 32 t/h makes this equipment a solution for large-scale industrial facilities. Machine available for inspection. Additional technical information, dimensions, additional photographs, or videos can be provided upon request.
