Description

Overview

NATE PETBLOK 30/60/8 rinser-filler-capper monoblock for PET bottles, built in 2005 in the Czech Republic. Counter-pressure filling for carbonated soft drinks and sparkling water, also used for still water and other non-carbonated beverages. Output up to 11,000 bottles/h on 1.5 L PET. The machine is still installed, under power and in production.

The Veral 60-12 is designed for the filling and closing of beer and carbonated beverages in glass bottles. The machine operates as a pressure filler with vacuum pre-evacuation, ensuring stable filling conditions for carbonated products. It has been fully overhauled in 2023, including reconstruction of filler, capper and vacuum pump.
