Description

The RX-130 disc chipper, equipped with hydraulic infeed rollers, is specifically designed for shredding branches, tree trunks with a diameter of up to 13 cm, and other wood materials. The thickness of the produced wood chips can be regulated by adjusting the material feed rate via the guide rollers.
The double-sided knives are mounted on a cutting disc with a diameter of 630 mm, which, due to its weight (60 kg), can effortlessly shred branches and wood. To ensure safe operation, the chipper is equipped with a safety switch and guards. In addition, it features a system for controlling the material feed speed and a system for removing the material from the feed hopper.
The discharge chute can be rotated to direct the flow of wood chips in the desired direction (outside the operator's work area). The RX-130 disc chipper is characterized by high efficiency and ease of use.
The resulting wood chips can be used as fuel (suitable for screw conveyors), as compost, or as bedding material under bushes. The chipper is driven via the power take-off shaft from the tractor's PTO (right-hand rotation) to the 1 3/8 inch PTO shaft in the chipper.
We recommend using universal joints with a slip clutch or shear bolt coupling; in the event of an overload, the drive will be automatically disengaged. The bearings are lubricated via raised lubrication points. Optionally, the RX-130 chipper can be equipped with an independent hydraulic pump.
