Description

Description

The SR-200 shredding mechanism was specifically developed for the recycling and shredding of plastics. It was manufactured by REMET CNC TECHNOLOGY and is made of high-quality, certified sheet metal. The bolted construction ensures the necessary rigidity and strength.
Precise machining is carried out on a modern CNC machining center, which guarantees the highest quality, accuracy, and coaxiality. This care in manufacturing contributes to the long service life of the components and the entire device.
The SR-200 features a fully disassemblable, bolted structure and induction-hardened gears. The working chamber measures 200 x 200 mm and is accessible through mounting holes. The working tools are made of wear-resistant steel.
A special feature of the shredder is the unique mounting system for the counter knives, which is pressed by springs. This system enables thorough cleaning of the space between the cutting knives and ensures efficient and reliable shredding.
