Description

The SR-400 DOUBLE shredding mechanism was specifically developed for the recycling and shredding of plastics. REMET CNC TECHNOLOGY has designed this mechanism with certified sheet metal and a bolted structure to ensure high stiffness and strength.
Manufacturing takes place on a high-precision CNC machining center, which guarantees exact quality, accuracy, and coaxiality. This precision leads to a long service life of the components and the entire device.
The SR-400 DOUBLE is characterized by its completely disassemblable structure, which is held together by screws. It has two drive shafts and a working chamber with dimensions of 400 x 415 mm. The working tools are made of particularly wear-resistant steel.
A special feature of this shredder is the unique mounting system for the counter-blades, which is pressed by springs. This system enables thorough cleaning of the space between the cutting blades and ensures that the shredding process is both efficient and thorough. At the same time, it facilitates the maintenance and cleaning of the device.
