Description

Fully refurbished Peter Wolters AC500 precision grinding machine. The machine has been completely rebuilt and is in like-new condition.
Equipped with a new control cabinet, new Siemens PLC, and Siemens HMI.
3.5 kW main drives with 296 RPM. Maximum process pressure of 250 daN with a new Festo valve manifold and new proportional valves.
New Mahr measuring control system with automatic tool positioning and switching points for load stages.
Speeds, process pressures, times, and dosing can be freely programmed via passwords.
The machine has a recipe memory and Ixion remote maintenance.
Process support for precision grinding functions. Documentation available in paper format. CE and EN60204-1 compliant.
