THA Dryer

Drying Chamber
The drying chamber, including the electrical equipment box and control panel, are mounted on a base frame and bolted together to form a single unit.
Good thermal insulation of the dryer is ensured by its double-walled construction with insulation between them.
The nozzle array, with a length of 1300 mm, is divided into an upper and lower nozzle compartment. A control flap allows for equal ventilation from top and bottom, or more air from top or bottom.
Fan and Heater
Intense air circulation is ensured by a powerful fan with a capacity of approximately 900-3500 m³/h, combined with a well-tuned heating output, resulting in optimal evaporation performance.
A dual-protection monitoring system reduces maintenance and increases the operational reliability of the dryer.
The heating capacity is designed for rapid heating and is automatically reduced once the desired temperature is reached to avoid unnecessary power surges.
The temperature is controlled by an electronic measuring and control device in the range of 20-250°C.
