Mobile paint booth
SpritzkabineMobiler Spritzraum
Call
Condition: new, Year of construction: 2025, Mobile Paint Container
Take your painting process to the next level with mobile convenience.
Mobile paint booths in a container design for painting and coating various objects.
They are specifically designed for mobility, making them easy to transport and set up on different construction sites. The booth is typically equipped with a ventilation system to ensure air quality, lighting, and a filtration system to prevent paint overspray.
The ventilation system ensures that fumes and particles released during painting are contained within the booth, preventing any danger to the surrounding area.
Mobile paint booths are a practical and flexible solution for companies that need a portable and effective painting system that can be transported from one construction site to another.
Design and Features Overview
Our mobile 20-foot Sapi paint containers consist of a robust steel frame with welded wall and ceiling panels. We can add special equipment such as cranes or lifting devices inside. The floor is made of teardrop plate. Both door panels contain ventilation grilles fitted with fine-pored filter mats. One panel is designed as an emergency exit for safety reasons and features a viewing window. It's also worth mentioning that these aren't simply converted shipping containers! We manufacture all of our containers from scratch. We use only the most robust materials that meet our requirements and have also been safety-tested and proven. Conventional shipping containers would not meet the required safety standards.
Paint extraction system in the mobile painting container
The paint mist extraction panel for paint mist separation is located in front of the rear wall and is equipped with multi-layer filter mats. The extraction panel consists of a galvanized housing, folded with guide plates, including various suspension and fastening elements for the filter assembly. The powerful, explosion-proof extraction fan with drive motor is installed on a console in the rear wall area on the outside of the container.
Next-generation mobile paint booths: Meeting EU requirements and advancing coating solutions
Iijdpswf Dmxefx Apcoa
The new generation of mobile paint booths must meet the highest EU requirements. The inclusion of new coating systems such as hydro-based paints, polyurethane resins, epoxy zinc dust, or epoxy iron mica paints places high demands on existing paint booths. Therefore, we have developed a new and unique mobile paint booth for the next generation of coating solutions.
A key criterion is the transport of workpieces for painting and further processing steps.
Whether it is dry paint mist separation or wet washing, air humidification or air drying, condensation drying using low-temperature processes or warm air drying, or whether workpiece pretreatment is carried out using high-pressure washing with water in a recirculating system, compressed air blasting, or wheel blasting technology.

Powder Coating
The perfect layer for lasting protection.
Powder coating is a highly effective and widely used method for applying a protective and decorative finish to various types of surfaces.
It is a dry finishing process in which a fine powder composed of resin, pigments, and additives is applied to a substrate. The powder is electrostatically charged so that it adheres evenly to the surface, forming a uniform coating.
To achieve optimal adhesion and durability, the substrate is first thoroughly cleaned and prepared. Oils, dirt, and other contaminants are removed to ensure a clean surface. This is crucial for the powder to bond effectively to the substrate and achieve a strong and long-lasting coating.
Isdpfowf Dpgjx Apcsia
A powder coating system typically consists of various components and equipment required for the application and curing of powder coatings.
SAPI_Powder_spray_gun
Spray Booth and Spray Area
The booth provides a clean environment for the application process and ensures even powder distribution.
Powder Coating Gun
A powder coating gun is used to apply the powder coating to the workpiece.
Powder Feed System
The powder feed system consists of a hopper or container in which the powder coating material is stored. It typically includes equipment such as powder pumps, feed hoses, and powder screens to transport the powder from storage to the spray gun.
Pretreatment Equipment
Pretreatment equipment is used to prepare the substrate before the powder coating is applied. This may include processes such as cleaning, degreasing, rinsing, and surface treatment to ensure good adhesion and durability of the coating.
Curing Oven
A curing oven is an essential component of a powder coating system. It is used to heat the coated substrate to the correct temperature so that the powder coating can melt, flow, and cure into a durable finish. The oven typically consists of a conveyor system or racks to transport the coated parts through the oven chamber.
Exhaust system
An exhaust system will be installed in the facility to extract excess powder, fumes, or volatile compounds generated during the coating process. This system helps maintain a clean and safe working environment for personnel and prevents the accumulation of powder particles in the air.

Blasting cabinets back suction & filter system
MM 2010 DruckstrahlkabineIntegrierter Patronenfilter
Call
Condition: new, Year of construction: 2025, functionality: fully functional, Our powerful "MM 2010" sandblasting cabinet uses a pressure blasting process and, thanks to its innovative media recirculation system, is suitable for all types of blasting media.
Thanks to the bucket elevator permanently connected to the cabinet, even the heaviest types of blasting media, such as stainless steel, cast steel, and other metallic media, can be used without any problems. Unlike competing systems, the blasting media is not sucked back into the cabinet, but rather transported to the adjacent bucket elevator via a flat conveyor system. The bucket elevator conveys the material upwards and throws it into the cyclone separator, where the blasting media is cleaned and returned to the blasting process. Our specially developed media recirculation recycling system ensures continuous media flow, regardless of the extraction system's suction power.
Thanks to the media recirculation system and the innovative fan technology, the blasting cabinet has very low energy requirements (0.75 kW fan motor). Since the blasting material is not sucked back in, no oversized extraction system with high power consumption is required (as with many competitive systems).
To achieve maximum blasting performance, the "MM 2010" pressure blasting cabinet is equipped with a 60-liter pressure blasting tank. This is equipped with a pressure regulator for continuously adjusting the blasting pressure from 0.1 to 12 bar. For safe operation, a water separator is permanently mounted on the blasting tank, protecting the blasting media from moisture.
Iedpfxjwc Nrnj Apcoia
The pressure blasting nozzle is made of highly wear-resistant boron carbide and allows a service life of up to 1,000 hours, depending on the blasting media used.
The blasting chamber is equipped with a wear-resistant rubber lining, which increases the service life of the blasting media and protects the blasting cabinet from wear. An air blow gun is installed for cleaning the blasted workpieces and blowing off the cabinet walls.
The permanently installed cartridge filter extraction system ensures optimal visibility in the blast chamber and maximum abrasive service life. The extraction system features continuous cleaning of the filter cartridges using compressed air blasts. This ensures a long service life of the filter media and consistently consistent extraction performance.
The blast chamber is loaded via an angled front flap that swings completely upwards. This allows the blast cabinet to be loaded using a forklift or crane. The sturdy work grate can support a maximum load of 500 kg.
To ensure optimal visibility in the blast chamber, two powerful and energy-saving LED lights are mounted on the cabin roof. Their roof-mounted design protects them from dust and wear.
The system is operated via a modern touchscreen display. To ensure safe operation of the blast cabinet, the blast cabinet is equipped with a door safety switch. The installed viewing windows are made of toughened safety glass and are provided with a wear-resistant film.
