The CORMAK BA200 is an automatic arch strapping machine designed for securing cartons, parcels, and collective packages with polypropylene (PP) strapping tape. The automatic strapping cycle significantly speeds up packaging operations and ensures consistent, repeatable securing of products prepared for transport.
Once the cycle is activated, the strap is automatically fed around the product through the arch, tensioned according to the preset value, heat-sealed, and cut. The strap joint is made underneath the package, leaving the upper surface of the carton or parcel clean, aesthetic, and easily accessible.

Automatic Strapping and Heat Sealing

The burner is controlled by Sino-USA electronic production system that is characterized by a high precision and elimination of the errors occurring during operation. The machine is very easy to configure. A manual configuration is possible for simple shapes and automatic configuration is possible for more complicated figures. The cutting pattern and the burner motion are shown on a display.
An original FastCAM software is attached to the machine for easy configuration. The software is in English which makes the work easier.
FastCAM is a technological CAD/CAM program, which is intended for designing and defining cutting paths of the elements cut out by CNC burning machines. The program shall be installed on an office PC or on a portable computer.
