Condition: good (used), ABB 2-Station Robotic Welding Cell You are bidding on a professional, fully functional 2-station robotic welding cell designed for continuous industrial use. The system is ideal for automated, highly efficient MIG/MAG welding across production runs ranging from small batches to large-scale series (e.g., in automotive or mechanical engineering). Thanks to the clever two-station design (shuttle table/parallel stations), the operator can safely load new components or unload finished workpieces on one side while the robot is actively welding on the other. System Components 1. Industrial Robot & Controller (ABB): - Robot Controller: Reliable and robust ABB S4 / S4C generation. - Programming Unit: Original ABB Teach Pendant with joystick for precise programming (teaching) of welding paths. - Auxiliary Axes: Both stations feature synchronized, motorized rotary axes (Nameplate: ABB / ELMO, Type: PS 60/4-50-P-LSS-3985) for optimal workpiece positioning (e.g., for "bathtub" or gravity-assisted welding positions). 2. Welding Technology (Carl Cloos Schweißtechnik GmbH): - Welding Power Source: Cloos GLC 503 QUINTO (High-performance 500A MIG/MAG system). Hedpfx Aleztkb Nsgju - Cooling: Integrated liquid cooling (water cooling) to maximize the torch head's duty cycle. - Accessories: 2x professional WDI ECORACK bulk wire drums on wheeled trolleys, including robust wire feed conduits leading to the robot. 3. System Control & Safety: - Operator Interface (HMI): Modernized Siemens SIMATIC HMI touch panel for easy control of the entire system, part counting, and error diagnostics. - Safety: Fully enclosed safety enclosure (protective screens against UV radiation and welding spatter) including an integrated extraction system (hose assembly on the robot arm). - Inspection: The system was in industrial use until recently (certified for, among others, renowned automotive suppliers) and bears a valid DGUV Regulation 3 inspection sticker. Condition: like new (used), Year of construction: 2020, operating hours: 200 h, functionality: fully functional, arm reach: 1,437 mm, For sale: Panasonic robotic TIG welding workstation purchased from ValkWelding. Workstation includes: Panasonic TM 1400 G3 robot (6 axes, reach 1437 mm, payload 6 kg), two-axis L positioner PD1000/500, TIG welding unit Tetrix 352 AC/DC Synergic CW, accessories, and safety equipment. This workstation is distinguished by its ability to safely weld not only steels and stainless steels but also aluminum. The process is highly synchronized with wire feeding and is capable of seam tracking and adapting to changes in arc height. A very versatile device. I am selling this system because our original capacity expectations have not been met (we don’t have work in the hundreds or thousands of pieces). Over its entire lifetime (approximately 5 years), the workstation was powered on for around 200 hours and did actual test welding for less than an hour in total. It is practically in like-new condition. It would be a pity for it to just “collect dust.” Hjdpfoy Efmgjx Algeu All support has been directly provided by ValkWelding. In case of sale, they will arrange installation, commissioning, and personnel training as agreed.

Condition: good (used), Year of construction: 2013, functionality: fully functional, Robotic Welding Cell by Förster with Manipulator, Kuka Robot, and Fronius Simultaneous Welding Machine Hardly used—being sold due to changing order situation. The system consists of two cells: The main welding cell is equipped with a manipulator for holding the workpieces. Workpieces up to approx. 600 kg can be welded on this manipulator using a Kuka welding robot with a Fronius welding machine. The system was originally procured for manufacturing transformer tanks for rail vehicles. However, these orders are no longer produced in Germany. The system has only been sporadically utilized and has seen very little use over the past 5 years, so it has a low effective operating age. Hodpfx Aoyb Shnelgou The robot can be moved to the second cell, where workpieces can also be welded on a fixture or a welding table. More detailed data will be provided soon. This system is ideal for anyone with series production tasks as well as smaller batch sizes, as it allows welding of various components, is highly flexible, easy to set up, and quick to change over. We have welded components up to 2000 mm x 1200 mm x 500 mm. However, operation has only been occasional. Further information can be provided at any time.
